The Cranes Are On Their Way!!

The 1000 Cranes begin their journey to California today! Here they are in their box headed out the door to the stairs and into the car!

We took them to UPS.

And this nice lady almost put them on her truck... but she was the express lady..... and the cranes didn't want to fly to California......

Be safe little cranes! You should be in California on Thursday! We will be there on the 27th!

Prepping The Cranes for California

The cranes have been strung! We have 25 strands of 40 cranes each.

They will look so beautiful in the California sun!

We decided to wrap the strands individually and then place them in bags inside a box. We are going to have to "fluff" them again as we hang them in California so if they get a bit squished it will be okay.
